When he came to America in 1954, Giuseppe was surprised to find that Americans were not familiar with espresso or cappuccino. An avid coffee drinker in Italy, Giuseppe decided to bring the richness of the fine Italian roasted coffee beans to America. Years later, his legacy lives on through his children by a continued commitment to quality products and customer satisfaction. We are "Il Caffe dell'Amore." In order to insure quality espresso beans and the rich aroma of proper roasting, he traveled to South America where he studied his craft. Bringing back with him the skills that make Moka d'Oro coffees what they are today. Then, Giusseppe took to the streets where he educated and informed local merchants about the quality beans his culture had to offer in the American coffee market. Almost immediately, restaurants and cafes all over the east coast began to add his wonderful coffees to their menus.
